Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Interface Business Analyst with strong Medicaid/MMIS knowledge and hands-on experience in both HIPAA X12 EDI and non-X12 interfaces.
Key Requirements:
- 6–10 years of BA experience, preferably in Medicaid/MMIS.
- Experience with HIPAA X12 transactions (837, 835, 834, 270/271, 276/277).
- Strong experience with non-X12 batch interfaces, flat files (fixed-width, CSV, pipe-delimited), and custom file layouts.
- Hands-on experience preparing ICDs, source-to-target mappings, functional specifications, and business rules.
- Knowledge of batch processing, file validations, control totals, error handling, and reconciliation.
- SQL proficiency for data validation and troubleshooting.
- Experience with SIT/UAT, defect management, and production interface support.
