Senior Business Analyst

Pay Range: $31/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:

• Elicit and document requirements for departmental and corporate projects.
• Communicate and validate requirements with stakeholders and SMEs.
• Collaborate with project teams to create and maintain requirements traceability.
• Drive business readiness activities, including communication plans for technology and process changes.
• Support training and conduct focused analysis to ensure project efficiency.
• Develop new procedures and specifications for complex product and process changes.
• Analyze workflow processes and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
• Maintain reporting tools to measure performance against industry benchmarks.
• Create effective presentations for leadership review and document all analysis thoroughly.
• Identify potential business risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Build and support strong vendor relationships, documenting business issues and project needs.
• Provide oversight and perform peer reviews for less experienced analysts.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in a related field.
• In lieu of a degree, 7+ years of experience in a related field.
• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required).
