Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to support a large-scale healthcare program and lead PMO operations, project portfolio management, and cross-functional project delivery.

Required Experience:

  • 16+ years of overall professional experience.

  • 16+ years of Business Analysis experience.

  • 16+ years of requirements gathering and documentation.

  • 16+ years of SDLC experience.

  • 16+ years of MS Office and PowerPoint.

  • 10+ years of project management methodologies and tools.

  • 10+ years of stakeholder and cross-functional team management.

  • 4+ years of healthcare industry experience, preferably in LTC programs, healthcare operations, or state/federal healthcare projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project scope, schedules, risks, issues, and dependencies.

  • Lead PMO processes and project portfolio management.

  • Coordinate business and technical stakeholders.

  • Manage integrated project schedules and deliverables.

  • Drive project execution, governance, and executive reporting.

  • Ensure CMS and FNS compliance requirements are met.

  • Lead business readiness, change management, and process improvements.

  • Manage complex projects and guide other project managers.

Education: Bachelor's degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience.

PMP certification is highly preferred.
