Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager to support HR integration project planning and tracking. The candidate will work closely with the client, HR teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to maintain project schedules, milestones, dependencies, and reporting in Planisware.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update project plans, schedules, milestones, and dependencies in Planisware.

  • Track project progress, deliverables, timelines, and completion percentages.

  • Coordinate with project managers, HR teams, and stakeholders to collect status updates.

  • Track risks, issues, action items, and blockers, escalating as needed.

  • Prepare status reports, meeting notes, and project tracking documents.

  • Align HR deliverables with overall program milestones and timelines.

  • Ensure project data is accurate, current, and ready for reporting.

  • Coordinate meetings, stakeholder communications, and follow-up activities.

  • Improve project tracking templates, processes, and reporting practices.

Required Skills

  • Experience in project management or project coordination.

  • Hands-on experience with Planisware for project planning and tracking.

  • Strong skills in project scheduling, milestone tracking, and status reporting.

  • Experience coordinating with HR teams and cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment.
