A media services company is seeking a Project Manager in a remote role to support enterprise transformation initiatives across multiple business functions.


About the Opportunity:




  • Schedule: Monday to Friday




  • Hours: Standard business (EST hours)




  • Setting: Remote




Responsibilities:




  • Lead coordination across multiple workstreams within a large enterprise transformation program




  • Partner with business leaders and subject-matter experts to develop and advance business cases




  • Support the creation and refinement of project charters, program documentation, and initiative requirements




  • Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external consulting partners




  • Track decisions, follow-ups, risks, and next steps while providing clear status updates to leadership




Qualifications:




  • Demonstrated experience managing complex projects or programs with multiple stakeholders, workstreams, or functional areas




  • Strong project or program management fundamentals, including organization, dependency tracking, risk management, and decision support




  • Experience working directly with senior business leaders and executive-level stakeholders




  • Ability to communicate effectively with both business and consulting teams




  • Experience with project, workflow, or work-management platforms such as Asana, Jira, or Smartsheet




  • Familiarity with collaboration and productivity platforms such as Slack and Microsoft Outlook




  • Practical experience using generative AI tools, such as ChatGPT, to improve personal productivity and automate repeatable tasks




  • Strong analytical and data-management skills, including experience working with business, program, or budget-related data




  • Strong stakeholder-management skills and the confidence to lead difficult or high-stakes conversations





Desired Skills:




  • Previous experience in consulting, enterprise transformation, transformation operations, or a program management office




  • Experience coordinating across an internal organization and an external consulting or systems-integration partner




  • Experience developing business cases, initiative charters, executive updates, or transformation roadmaps




  • Familiarity with AI prompting, AI agents, workflow automation, data pipelines, or other technology-enabled productivity methods




  • Experience supporting production, programming, editorial, news, media, or entertainment organizations




  • Experience working in an environment where initiatives span multiple business units or enterprise functions
