Senior Business Analyst - Repo and Sec Lending markets

Position: Senior Business Analyst

Location: Jersey City, NJ

Must have:

• Experience working as a Business Analyst in Front Office and Back Office teams
• Experience in gathering requirements for Front Office users
• Detailed understanding of the Repo and Sec Lending markets (Front Office, Settlements and Collateral Management)
• Ability to translate requirements from non-technical users to developers
• Ability to explain technical issues and constraints to non-technical users
• In depth knowledge of a Repo trading platform
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a global team split across several different locations and time zones
• Solid technical proficiency, including the ability to write scripts (e.g. Python or SQL) and perform data analysis, with practical experience using AI-powered tooling (such as Aiden/Copilot-style assistants) to accelerate scripting, query-writing, and root cause investigation
