Salesforce Business Analyst – Albany, NY (Hybrid) – 30 Months

Long-term 30-month contract with a New York State government agency.

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to support a New York State agency. The ideal candidate will elicit and analyze business requirements, create requirements artifacts, support testing and UAT, and work closely with architects and development teams on Salesforce Public Sector solutions.

Required qualifications (months of experience):

• 84 months eliciting and analyzing business needs and converting them into functional and non-functional requirements
• 84 months creating requirements artifacts such as context diagrams, use cases, swim lanes, wireframes, and report specifications
• 60 months creating test plans and test cases and working with users on User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• 60 months with requirements management, including traceability, baselines, and change control
• 24 months with Salesforce OmniStudio and Salesforce Public Sector Solutions

Preferred:

• Salesforce Business Analyst, Administrator, or Developer certification
• CBAP certification
• Experience with Jira and/or Scrum
• Public sector experience

Requirements:

• Must be located in, or willing to relocate to, the Albany, NY area at own expense
• Hybrid schedule: 50% onsite in Albany, NY
• Must be available for an in-person interview
• 1099 only. No C2C.
