Job Role:  Medicaid Business Analyst

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience supporting Medicaid and Integrated Eligibility Systems (IES).
• Strong knowledge of Medicaid eligibility determination, MPP, FPL updates, and regulatory/policy changes.
• Experience leading production support, incident management, root cause analysis, and operational support.
• Hands-on experience with Java/J2EE, SQL, Splunk, Linux/Unix, and Oracle Policy Automation (OPA) or other eligibility rules engines.
• Experience troubleshooting enterprise applications, batch processing, interfaces, and integrations.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to analyze requirements, resolve production issues, and support system enhancements.
• Prior experience working with State Health & Human Services, Government/Public Sector, or Healthcare environments is highly preferred.
