Senior Business Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES

Kforce has a client in Orange, CA that is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support a large-scale SaaS modernization initiative within the healthcare insurance industry. This role will partner with business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership to gather requirements, improve processes, and help deliver critical technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements
• Lead stakeholder meetings, workshops, and discovery sessions
• Create user stories, process flows, use cases, and functional requirements
• Partner with business users, developers, testers, and project teams throughout the SDLC
• Support SaaS transformation and modernization efforts
• Facilitate discussions and drive consensus among stakeholders

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience
• Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills
• Experience supporting SaaS implementations or migrations
• Experience working throughout the SDLC
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Visio, or similar platforms

Preferred Qualifications

• Healthcare or health insurance industry experience
• Business Analysis certifications (CBAP, CCBA, ECBA)
• Experience with requirements management tools

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
