Location: Remote - Client in PA (EST)

Duration:  6 months plus

Job Description:

NetSuite Consultant to supplement the internal NetSuite lead and support a broader ERP initiative alongside the CIO, business SMEs, and SI. The role will primarily focus on master/reference data, data migration, testing, and process support, while also addressing immediate hands on NetSuite configuration needs. The ideal candidate should be comfortable wearing both a technical NetSuite consultant and business analyst/data focused hat.

Responsibilities:

• Support NetSuite configuration, including:
• Approval workflows and basic configurations
• Workflows/scripts and potentially SuiteScript
• Advanced HTML/PDF forms
• Custom records
• Demand planning
• Lead/support master and reference data activities across customers, items, vendors, BOMs, and pricing.
• Partner with NetSuite lead and business SMEs on data harmonization, cleansing, mapping, template population, migration, and load testing.
• Support transactional data migration, including load documentation, validation, issue resolution, and testing.
• Create and execute test scripts for data migration and end-to-end business processes.
• Troubleshoot defects and data/process issues identified during testing.
• Work closely with the internal NetSuite resource, CIO, business/domain leads, and SI partner throughout the project.
