Role : Test Automation Consultant
Location: Houston, TX - Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday preferred)
Mandatory Skill: Quality Management
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Test Automation Consultant to lead large-scale test automation implementations across SAP and non-SAP applications using Tricentis Tosca. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in automation frameworks, continuous testing, test data management, and Tosca administration, along with the ability to guide teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities

Lead large-scale test automation implementations across SAP and non-SAP applications using Tosca.
Work under the guidance of the Test Manager and provide technical guidance to the automation team.
Evaluate applications and identify suitable candidates for automation across SAP GUI, web-based applications, SAP Fiori, client-server, and mobile platforms.
Develop and execute automated test scripts and support CI/CD and continuous testing practices.
Perform defect triage, analyze test results, and prepare automation reports.
Design and implement test data management strategies for automated test data creation and maintenance.
Improve test automation coverage through continuous test case review and prioritization.
Perform Tosca DEX administration, configuration, customization, and upgrade activities.
Conduct proof of concepts (POCs) to evaluate new automation capabilities and industry practices.
Collaborate with functional teams, developers, business stakeholders, and testing teams.
Support test management and analysis tools such as qTest Manager, HP ALM, Azure DevOps (ADO), Rally, and LiveCompare.
Work effectively in Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies.
