About the Role:
We’re looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented
Sales & Customer Service Coordinator to join our team in Parsippany, NJ. This full-time, hourly position supports our sales team, assists with customer inquiries, and will work closely with management on a variety of projects. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can effectively manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with customers and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer and end user inquiries via phone, email and customer portals
Process RMA’s, returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately
Track return shipments and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction
Answer incoming calls and direct appropriately
Assist with data entry, reporting updates, and ongoing projects
Coordinate internal inventory transfer requests
Process retail orders via third-party (3P) portals, including order entry, invoice submission, and ASN updates. Update and maintain daily inventory feeds for retail customers through 3P portals.

Monitor system-generated pricing discrepancies and escalate when needed
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience in customer service, sales support, or office administration a plus
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM or sales systems preferred
Strong Microsoft Excel skills required
