Industrial Sales - Customer Service

Medtronic seeks a Customer Service Representative III in San Juan, Puerto Rico to manage strategic customer accounts, process orders, resolve service issues, and coordinate with internal teams. The role requires a bachelor's degree and four years of relevant commercial operations experience, with English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Manage customer orders from receipt through fulfillment with accurate processing and timely delivery
Serve as primary contact for strategic customer accounts, addressing product and service inquiries
Coordinate resolution of customer issues related to shipments, returns, credits, and quality
Collaborate with Supply Chain, Logistics, Sales, and Operations teams to meet customer requirements
Monitor inventory availability and manage customer inventory programs and EDI transactions
Bachelor's degree and 4+ years customer service, order management, or commercial operations experience
Demonstrated experience managing customer orders and resolving inquiries
English proficiency at B2 level or higher
Proficiency with business systems for order management or enterprise operations
Medical device industry experience preferred
Experience with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and inventory management preferred
