We are seeking passionate educators to join a leading organisation committed to transforming the lives of young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). This is an opportunity to make a tangible impact within your community by providing tailored educational support.

The Role

• Provide Maths, English, or Science tuition to pupils with SEND and SEMH needs.
• Support learners from KS1 to KS5 through flexible, trauma-informed tutoring.
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons, reporting on student progress regularly.
• Work in person, remotely, or in a hybrid capacity to meet student needs.
• Contribute to raising the standard of education for vulnerable young people.

What You'll Need

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS / QTLS).
• At least 2 years of teaching experience, ideally with SEND/SEMH focused learners.
• Familiarity with teaching core subjects: Maths, English, and/or Science.
• An Enhanced DBS check (assistance provided if needed).
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding practices and creating a safe learning environment.
• A genuine passion for supporting disengaged and vulnerable learners.
