We are seeking passionate educators to join an impact-driven community focused on transforming the lives of young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). The Role

• Provide in-person, remote, or hybrid tuition in Maths, English, or Science to children and young people with SEND and SEMH needs.
• Support pupils from KS1 to KS5 by planning and delivering trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring.
• Work closely with local authorities and schools to support disengaged, at-risk, and vulnerable learners.
• Plan lessons, report on progress, and provide regular feedback to students.
• Contribute to raising the standard of education for young people with diverse learning needs.

What You'll Need

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS).
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, ideally with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and/or PMLD.
• Familiarity with teaching English, Maths, and/or Science.
• Knowledge of safeguarding practices and creating a safe learning environment.
• Enhanced DBS check (assistance provided if needed) and professional references.
• Right to work in the UK.
