We are seeking dedicated educators to join an impactful organization committed to transforming the lives of young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. The Role

• Provide in-person, remote, and hybrid Maths, English, or Science tuition to children and young people with SEND/SEMH.
• Support pupils across KS1-KS5, offering flexible, trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring.
• Plan and report for lessons, providing regular feedback on student progress.
• Work with local authorities and schools to support learners with diverse needs, including MLD, SLD, and PMLD.
• Contribute to a mission of raising the standard of education for vulnerable young people.
• Engage in professional development and access employee mentoring resources.

What You'll Need

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS / QTLS).
• 2+ years of teaching experience, ideally with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and/or PMLD.
• Familiarity teaching English, Maths, and/or Science.
• Knowledge of safeguarding principles and creating a safe learning environment.
• Enhanced DBS check (assistance provided if needed) and professional references.
• Based in the UK with the right to work.
