Job Description
We are delighted to recruit, on behalf of its client, a company operating in the industrial sector, an EHS Manager to join its team in Luxembourg. This is an opportunity to shape and lead the site's EHS function, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and play a key role in strengthening the company's safety culture, facility standards, and security practices. Key Responsibilities: Define and implement the site’s EHS strategy in line with corporate policies, Luxembourg regulations and ISO 14001/45001 standards. Lead and develop the EHS team while promoting a strong safety culture. Ensure regulatory compliance and coordinate inspections, reporting and EHS audits. Partner with site management on risk assessments, incident prevention, safety performance and EHS KPIs. Oversee emergency response planning, contractor safety and environmental compliance (permits, waste, emissions and hazardous materials). Drive continuous improvement and promote EHS best practices across the organisation.
Profil recherchéDegree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, Engineering or a related field. Fluent in French and English. Proven experience leading EHS activities within an industrial or manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of Luxembourg EHS regulations, ISO 14001/45001 standards, Process Safety Management and Process Hazard Analysis. Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills. Certified Safety Professional (Designated Worker – Group C).
