Our client is seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead technology implementation initiatives, with a strong emphasis on cutover planning and execution. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage critical project milestones, and ensure successful transitions into production.

Experience with change management is highly desirable. Candidates should be ERP-platform agnostic and comfortable working across different implementation methodologies and software environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT projects, including planning, execution, implementation, and post-go-live activities.
• Develop and manage comprehensive cutover strategies, plans, schedules, and execution activities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure cutover readiness and successful deployment.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, issues, and mitigation strategies, escalating when appropriate.
• Lead project meetings, status reviews, and executive-level communications.
• Establish clear project objectives, timelines, deliverables, and accountability across project teams.
• Manage project scope, resources, schedules, and competing priorities.
• Ensure effective communication and coordination between technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and leadership.
• Provide strong leadership and direction to project team members throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Ensure appropriate documentation, governance, and reporting are maintained throughout the project.

Required Qualifications

• Senior-level IT Project Management experience, preferably within large-scale technology or ERP implementations.
• Demonstrated, hands-on cutover management experience, including planning, coordination, readiness, and execution.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional project teams.
• Strong professional communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience managing complex projects with multiple workstreams, dependencies, and stakeholders.
• Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-visibility environments.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work across different ERP platforms and implementation environments; specific ERP software experience is not required.
• Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
