What We're Looking For

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with a strong Business Analyst background who can drive complex business and technology initiatives from conception through delivery. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, customer-focused, and capable of managing multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery.
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
Translate business needs into functional specifications, use cases, and project deliverables.
Coordinate with cross-functional business and technical teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
Develop and maintain project plans, roadmaps, status reports, RACI matrices, risk registers, and governance artifacts.
Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
Facilitate meetings, drive decision-making, and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
Track project progress using project management and task-management tools such as Wrike, Radar, or similar platforms.
Support Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project methodologies.
Leverage AI tools and automation opportunities to improve project efficiency and delivery effectiveness.
