Project Manager - GTM Application

BA/PM-GTM Application ||  Location – Fremont, CA ( Day 1 Onsite)|| Employment type - contract

Job Description:

Years of Experience: 10-15 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the liaison between GTM business teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance) and technology/vendor teams.
• Gather and document business requirements, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery, including planning, stakeholder communication, risk management, and execution.
• Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, reporting enhancements, and user adoption.
• Analyze data to identify trends, operational issues, and business improvement opportunities.

Must-Have Skills:

• Business Analysis and Project Management experience.
• Strong GTM/Sales Operations domain knowledge.
• Experience with CRM platforms: Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Salesforce.
• Experience with Sales Incentive/Compensation tools: SAP ICM/SPM, Xactly, or similar.
• Strong data analysis, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, IT, and external vendors.
• Understanding of AI and automation solutions within GTM processes.

Preferred:

• Experience managing multiple stakeholders and end-to-end project delivery.
• Strong communication, documentation, and process mapping skills.
• Self-driven professional with a continuous improvement mindset.
