Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong Business Analyst background to lead customer-focused, cross-functional projects. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong stakeholder management experience, and the ability to drive projects from requirements gathering through successful delivery. Experience working in fast-paced environments and managing multiple stakeholders is essential. Apple experience is highly preferred.

 Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end project execution and delivery.

Work closely with business stakeholders to understand objectives, challenges, and requirements.

Gather, document, analyze, and manage business requirements, processes, and workflows.

Translate business needs into clear project documentation and functional requirements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, deliverables, and timelines.

Track and prioritize business requirements in alignment with business roadmaps.

Create project plans, estimates, and resource allocation strategies.

Monitor project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies through meetings, trackers, and status reports.

Manage stakeholder expectations, escalations, and conflict resolution.

Drive customer-focused project outcomes while ensuring quality delivery.

Utilize project management tools for planning, tracking, reporting, and governance.

Leverage AI tools to improve project management and operational efficiency.
