Job Description
THE COMPANY
Our client is an established manufacturer of energy-management and electrical-measurement technology used by commercial, industrial, infrastructure, and technical customers across a wide range of applications. The organization is expanding its Portland sales operation and building a team that will support a large existing customer base while developing the next generation of commercial talent within the business.

THE JOB

The schedule is Monday through Friday, approximately 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

New hires complete a structured initial training program covering products, terminology, customer communication, quoting, and live sales activity. Over time, successful reps take on larger accounts, greater account-development responsibility, and more proactive business development.

Handle incoming customer inquiries by phone and email
Conduct discovery to understand technical and commercial needs
Recommend appropriate products and solutions
Build and deliver customer quotes
Research customers and projects
Maintain accurate CRM activity and account information

Comfortable balancing customer conversations, CRM activity, research, and follow-up

Able to work onsite in Portland Monday through Friday from approximately 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Technical, industrial, electrical, instrumentation, automation, hardware, or similar sales experience is preferred but not required
CRM, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Microsoft Office experience are helpful
THE BENEFITS
Base salary generally $50,000-$60,000 depending on experience with OTE in year 1 of 75k-85k OTE.

Year 2, 100k+. Paid holidays, vacation, and sick time
Employee health-insurance premium reimbursement after three months
