$15 per hour + Commission. We need a hungry, phone-confident team member who loves being the first voice our leads hear. Reasons NOT to apply
You hate talking on the phone
You can't handle rejection. Most calls end in “no” before one ends in “yes.”
You need hand-holding. We give you the scripts, and you make the calls. Numbers make you nervous. We track calls, conversations, and appointments every day.

You'd rather work alone than with a team
Compensation:
$15 per Hour + Commission
Responsibilities:
The job
Make 200+ calls a day to new leads, past clients, and our database
Qualify buyers and sellers and book appointments for our agents
Keep every lead moving in our CRM until they’re ready to meet

You need
A Tennessee real estate license, or the drive to get one (we pay for school)
A high school diploma (bachelor’s preferred)
A strong phone voice and a valid driver’s license
