The Role

• Answer incoming calls from customers promptly and professionally, identifying their needs and scheduling consultations.
• Accurately enter all appointment and customer information into the CRM system.
• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers for various follow-up initiatives.
• Provide exceptional communication, overcoming objections and solving customer issues.

What You'll Need

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to speak clearly and concisely over the phone.
• Strong multi-tasking capabilities, including the ability to talk and type simultaneously while managing high call volumes.
• Demonstrated expertise in overcoming objections and problem-solving.
• No prior call center experience is required.
• Availability to work a full 5-day work schedule, including Saturdays and Sundays.
