Field Technical Account Manager - Server and Data Center

Supermicro is seeking a Technical Account Manager to perform fieldwork at customer sites, resolve and repair server systems, and support our Global Service network. This full-time role is a key part of post-sales support and requires strong technical aptitude with server products and excellent interpersonal skills.

You will work with engineering, sales, RMA, and production teams, coordinate onsite integration, travel up to 25%, and lift up to 40 lbs.
