Cyara seeks a Strategic Technical Account Manager (TAM) to serve Cyara's global top 20 accounts as a hands on technical advisor. You will drive adoption, define strategy, and coordinate across success, product, engineering, and sales to ensure value realization and platform maturity.
You will lead workshops, provide architectural guidance, and help customers maximize Cyara's CX testing and AI capabilities, while identifying risks and opportunities for expansion.
