A growing global fashion and consumer retail organization based in Los Angeles, California is seeking a Senior Manager, Retail Applications to support its expanding retail, e-commerce, wholesale, and corporate operations. Role Summary
The Senior Manager, Retail Applications will serve as a hands-on, techno-functional leader responsible for enterprise applications, integrations, EDI, and the technology ecosystem supporting retail and omnichannel operations. This role will bridge business and technology teams, leading application strategy and implementations while remaining actively involved in solution design, integrations, troubleshooting, and delivery. The ideal candidate brings deep retail systems expertise with a strong understanding of ERP, WMS, OMS, supply chain, e-commerce, and enterprise integration environments.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, administration, configuration, and optimization of ERP and enterprise applications supporting retail, e-commerce, wholesale, supply chain, and corporate operations.
• Manage integrations across ERP, PLM, POS, OMS, WMS, e-commerce, reporting, and third-party platforms.
• Oversee EDI operations with wholesale customers, logistics providers, vendors, and other trading partners, including transaction monitoring, mapping, testing, and issue resolution.
• Design and support integrations using APIs, middleware, SFTP, SQL, and other data exchange technologies.
• Partner with Retail, Finance, Supply Chain, E-commerce, Operations, and Customer Service teams to translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions.
• Lead application implementations, enhancements, upgrades, testing, deployments, and international retail expansion initiatives.
• Provide technical oversight for software development, integrations, automation, data transformation, and release management.
• Manage technology projects, implementation partners, consultants, vendors, budgets, timelines, and service-level expectations.
• Establish application architecture, integration, documentation, governance, and support standards.
• Identify opportunities to automate processes, improve data accuracy, simplify workflows, and strengthen scalability across the enterprise.

Requirements
Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• 8+ years of experience across enterprise applications, retail systems, integrations, software engineering, or IT operations.
• 3+ years of experience leading technical resources, vendors, implementations, or major technology projects.
• Strong ERP administration, configuration, and enterprise application architecture experience.
• Demonstrated experience supporting retail technology environments, including POS, OMS, WMS, supply chain, e-commerce, or related platforms.
• Extensive experience with EDI, APIs, SQL, middleware, and enterprise systems integrations.
• Strong techno-functional background with the ability to translate business processes into practical technology solutions.
• Experience troubleshooting complex production issues and leading system implementations from requirements through deployment.
• Strong project management, vendor management, communication, and cross-functional stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves)

• Experience within fashion, apparel, luxury, consumer retail, or another omnichannel retail environment.
• Experience with apparel-focused ERP or PLM platforms.
• Experience with modern retail commerce, wholesale, store management, and omnichannel platforms.
• Knowledge of wholesale EDI transactions, warehouse operations, order fulfillment, ASNs, inventory management, and supply chain processes.
• Experience supporting retail store openings, international expansion, or rapidly growing retail environments.
• Experience supporting technology across corporate offices, retail stores, warehouses, and distribution partners.
• Familiarity with infrastructure, cybersecurity, identity and access management, and business continuity practices.
• Project management, cloud, enterprise applications, or security certifications.

Compensation & Benefits

• $160,000 - $180,000 with discretionary bonus
