Job Description

A professional services organization in Cypress, CA is seeking an Administrative Sales Assistant for a temp-to-hire opportunity supporting a busy Advance Planning sales division. This role is ideal for a highly organized, customer-focused administrative professional who enjoys supporting sales teams, assisting client families, and keeping office operations running smoothly. The Administrative Sales Assistant will serve as a key point of contact for field sales representatives, sales managers, and client families.

This position offers the opportunity to work with supportive leadership, a collaborative sales office team, and a stable organization where accuracy, professionalism, and responsiveness are valued. The right candidate will be quick on their feet, eager to learn, and comfortable balancing front desk support, contract processing, calendar coordination, and daily reporting. Greet and assist client families in person and by phone, answer inquiries, direct calls, and maintain a welcoming front desk environment.

  • Review, process, scan, fax, mail, and file sales contracts, policy documents, commission statements, reports, and related office paperwork.
  • Support sales advisors and managers with calendars, appointment scheduling, CRM questions, packet assembly, property availability lookups, and daily office needs.
  • Prepare and submit daily sales reports in a timely manner while updating sales boards and tracking report information accurately.
  • Maintain office supplies, brochures, forms, contracts, event materials, and other collateral needed by the sales team.
  • Assist with client presentations, open-house recruiting events, office setup, literature distribution, and general administrative support.

Pay: $27.00 per hour.

  • Temp-to-hire.
  • 6+ months with potential to roll over to full-time employment.
Process and review sales contracts, policy documents, reports, and administrative paperwork with accuracy.
  • Provide front desk, phone, calendar, data entry, filing, mailing, and clerical support for a sales office.
  • Support sales advisors, managers, and client families with timely communication and professional service.
  • Maintain daily reporting, office supplies, CRM support, and document flow for the sales team.
  • 1 to 2 years of administrative, customer service, hospitality, or office support experience.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Fast and accurate data entry skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong phone etiquette and professional communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize competing requests from sales professionals, managers, clients, and internal departments.
  • Comfortable using office equipment, calendars, scanners, fax machines, email, and CRM or office systems.
  • Dependable, organized, quick to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced sales support environment.
Sales office support experience preferred.
  • Bilingual skills preferred.
  • Experience supporting field sales representatives or client-facing teams preferred.
  • Experience with CRM systems, contract processing, or document-heavy administrative work preferred.
