Senior Project Manager

Pay Range: $70 - $75/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple software/hardware and ERP projects, ensuring alignment with project scope, cost, and schedule.
• Lead a multi-disciplinary team across functional work streams, facilitating communication and collaboration.
• Conduct weekly status reviews and prepare presentations to update stakeholders on project health and milestones.
• Utilize project management best practices to guide project execution and uphold objectives.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks and ensure successful project closure.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans/schedules to track progress and manage changes effectively.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors, ensuring alignment with project deliverables.
• Monitor project financials, liaising with project leadership on budget, forecasts, and necessary adjustments.
• Promote good project management practices within the team, fostering a culture of communication and collaboration.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• 5-7 years of experience managing multiple software/hardware and/or ERP projects.
• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree is a plus.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
• Proven experience leading software releases, ERP implementation projects, and security projects.
• Intermediate to Advanced skills with Microsoft Project.
• Excellent communication and time management skills, with a detail-oriented approach.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to changing environments.
• Experience in the energy sector.
• Background in Information Technology environments.
• Familiarity with managing projects for Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and/or GRC teams.
