Senior Site Reliability Engineer – AI/Automation

We are seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Go, Python, Java, cloud infrastructure, observability, automation, and AI/ML-enabled operational platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and support highly available, scalable applications and APIs using Go, Python, and Java.
Build SRE automation, runbook automation, and AI/RAG solutions utilizing LLMs, semantic search, document ingestion, and knowledge retrieval.
Support large-scale log ingestion, analytics, anomaly detection, and root cause analysis (RCA) platforms.
Implement and manage observability using Splunk, Dynatrace, New Relic, CloudWatch, and OpenTelemetry.
Support distributed systems using Kafka, Spark, PostgreSQL, Cassandra, Redis, and REST APIs.
Build and maintain Docker/Kubernetes deployments and automated CI/CD pipelines.
Support cloud environments including AWS EC2, ECS/Fargate, autoscaling, blue/green deployments, and Route 53.
Lead production incident response, troubleshooting, RCA/PIR, performance tuning, and reliability improvements.
Develop dashboards, alerts, runbooks, and operational standards to improve availability and reduce MTTR.
