Job Description 

• Design, operate, and support highly available cloud infrastructure across AliCloud and AWS.

• Apply SRE principles and define SLIs, SLOs, and reliability metrics.

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application and infrastructure deployments.

• Automate infrastructure provisioning and operations using Python, Bash/Shell, Terraform, and Ansible.

• Administer and troubleshoot Linux-based production systems.

• Manage cloud services, including compute, storage, networking, IAM, load balancing, backup, and disaster recovery.

• Deploy and support containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.

• Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and dashboards using Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, ELK, or Splunk.

• Handle production incidents, root-cause analysis, and preventive actions.

• Support capacity planning, performance tuning, high availability, and disaster recovery.

• Maintain operational runbooks, recovery procedures, and technical documentation.

• Implement security best practices, access controls, secrets management, and vulnerability remediation.

• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, security, networking, and application support teams.
