Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices seeks a Real Estate Broker-Owner to lead and grow a high-performing brokerage. You will build and mentor a team of agents, drive production, and ensure compliance while upholding our client-focused, ethical culture. Responsibilities include recruiting and coaching agents, overseeing transactions, managing P&L, and executing local marketing and growth strategies. Leverage our national brand, technology, and training to expand market presence, deepen community relationships, and deliver exceptional residential and commercial real estate services.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage real estate agents to achieve production goals
• Recruit, onboard, and retain high-performing sales professionals
• Oversee brokerage operations, compliance, and risk management
• Manage P&L, budgeting, and financial performance of the office
• Develop and execute local market growth and branding strategies
• Support agents with training, coaching, and deal structuring
• Maintain high ethical standards and ensure adherence to Fair Housing laws
• Cultivate community and referral relationships to drive new business
• Leverage company technology, CRM, and marketing tools to increase productivity
• Monitor market trends and adjust business strategies accordingly
