In-Home HVAC Sales Representative

ARS/Rescue Rooter seeks an In Home Sales Representative to serve as a Comfort Advisor for residential customers. You will visit customer homes, assess comfort and system needs, explain HVAC replacement options, and present customized proposals. Responsibilities include conducting in-home consultations, performing basic load assessments, building trust, and closing sales while meeting revenue and margin goals. You'll partner with technicians, follow up on leads, document activity in CRM, and uphold our safety-first, customer-focused culture with ongoing training and career growth.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations to assess customer comfort and HVAC needs

• Prepare and present detailed proposals and pricing options
• Convert company-provided leads and self-generated opportunities into sales

• Educate customers on financing and promotional options
