In-home HVAC Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations to assess HVAC needs and present solutions
• Develop and deliver written estimates and proposals to residential customers
• Explain system options, warranties, and financing programs
• Follow up on company-provided leads to close sales and meet revenue targets
• Use CRM tools to document appointments, quotes, and outcomes
• Collaborate with installation and service teams to ensure smooth project handoff
• Maintain a high level of product and industry knowledge through ongoing training
• Uphold company standards for safety, professionalism, and customer service
• Travel daily to customer homes within the greater Memphis area
• Participate in team meetings, coaching, and performance reviews
