In-Home HVAC Sales Consultant

McCarthy Services is seeking an In-Home HVAC Sales Consultant to meet with homeowners in the Richmond, VA area. In this role, you'll conduct on-site evaluations of heating and cooling needs, explain system options, and present clear proposals that prioritize safety, comfort, and efficiency. You'll manage company-provided leads, build trust through expert, consultative guidance, and partner with our installation and service teams to ensure a smooth customer experience. Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations to assess customers' HVAC needs and comfort concerns

• Follow up on company-provided leads and self-generated opportunities
• Use CRM tools to document visits, track leads, and manage pipeline
