Detailed Job Description:

·          Design and build matter-centric document management solutions within Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online.

·          Develop and support integrations with Client Legal Tracker to enable matter lifecycle synchronization and workspace provisioning.

·          Build and enhance workflow automation solutions using Power Automate and event-driven integration patterns.

·          Implement metadata, taxonomy, and knowledge management architectures to support search, discovery, and AI-enabled experiences.

·          Develop Microsoft Graph-enabled retrieval capabilities and optimize content for Microsoft Copilot.

·          Implement matter-level security, governance, compliance, retention, legal hold, and eDiscovery capabilities.

·          Build reusable provisioning frameworks, APIs, orchestration services, and platform components.

·          Develop migration, validation, reconciliation, and reporting tools to support large-scale document migrations from Passport.

·          Support cutover, migration waves, hypercare activities, and ongoing platform operations.

·          Enable future Legal Front Door, Copilot Studio, and AI-driven workflow capabilities through scalable platform services.
