Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365/Power Platform Developer

GovCIO LLC seeks a Senior Dynamics Developer to design, build, and optimize Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions for federal agencies. You'll lead end-to-end implementation, customization, and integration of Dynamics 365 CE/CRM, Power Apps, and Power Automate to modernize mission-critical systems. Partner with product owners and architects to translate federal requirements into secure, scalable solutions, mentor junior developers, enforce best practices and DevSecOps, and support continuous improvement in a collaborative, mission-driven environment focused on innovation and impact.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize Dynamics 365 CE/CRM and Power Platform solutions for federal programs.
• Implement plugins, workflows, Power Automate flows, and custom apps to support mission requirements.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems and data sources using APIs and Azure services.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and stakeholders to refine requirements and solution designs.
• Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and performance standards in federal environments.
• Lead code reviews, enforce best practices, and contribute to CI/CD pipelines and Dev
