Project Engineer - Commercial Construction - Up to $85,000 + 5% Bonus

A 50+ year old, multiple award-winning, Rocky Mountain focused General Contractor with a Portfolio of Projects ranging from Ground Up, Multi-Family, Federal, Industrial, TI & Wider Commercial builds.

With their Head Office located just off I i-25 in the North side of the Denver Metro Area, this organization is one of the premier Colorado General Contractors.

Your New Role

As a Project Engineer - you will be working on a wide range of builds from Multi-Family, Mixed Use, Commercial, Hospitality etc across Denver and providing support to the Project Manager & Superintendents in a range of areas. This includes but is not limited to - aiding in the Planning & Design, Quality, Contractual Elements, and Stakeholder Management etc

It is a wide-ranging role that will require you to spin multiple plates - however, it will give you great end-to-end exposure of Cradle to Grave Projects that will greatly benefit you as you grow into a full Project Manager or Superintendent, depending on which route you would prefer to go.

What you'll need to succeed

• Prior experience in the Construction Field - ideally within the Project portfolio listed above
• An Engineering/Construction Degree would be extremely desirable
• 1-2 Years experience at a GC
• Basic level understanding of Commercial Construction (RFIs etc)
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once
• An ambition to grow into a full Project Manager or Superintendent
