IT Sr Project Manager

Abbott Laboratories seeks an IT Sr Project Manager to lead complex, enterprise-scale technology projects in a global healthcare environment. This role owns full project lifecycle from initiation through deployment, managing scope, budget, timelines, and cross-functional teams. You will coordinate with business, clinical, regulatory, and security stakeholders to deliver compliant, secure IT solutions that enable Abbott's diagnostics, devices, and operations. Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex IT projects supporting Abbott's healthcare products and operations
• Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource plans in alignment with business objectives
• Manage cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders across global locations
• Implement and oversee project governance, risk management, and issue escalation
• Ensure compliance with healthcare, IT, and data security regulations and standards
• Drive adoption of project management best practices, tools, and metrics
• Communicate status, risks, and dependencies to senior leadership
• Support continuous improvement and innovation within Abbott's IT portfolio
