Location: 100% remote

Adobe is looking for a high-performing professional with a passion for marketing automation to help support and optimize the Adobe DX marketing technology stack.

As part of the Platform Operations pillar, you will work on run the business (RTB) tasks for multiple Marketo instances, as well as have ownership of ongoing technical projects with the wider Adobe team.

What you'll Do

• Work with a global Platform Operations team to support completion of RTB tickets and ad hoc project deliverables.
• Collaborate with the Campaign Operations and marketing teams on the technical aspects of end-to-end campaign execution such as forms and smart campaigns.
• Work with marketing and IT partners for ongoing platform enhancements and bug fixes
• Capture requirements from stakeholders on requested changes and enhancements
• Maintain and troubleshoot issues on scoring, lead lifecycle and data management operational programs across multiple Marketo instances.
• Maintain and troubleshoot issues on third party platforms integrated to Marketo instances.
• Review tech stack and operational processes on a regular basis to suggest improvements and efficiencies.
• Maintain operational documentation.
• Proactively communicate progress on tickets and provide general updates to Platform Operations Group Manager on a regular basis.
• Work closely with our team of Marketo professionals on Martech integrations and key project deliverables.
• Work with the Reporting and wider Adobe technical teams as required.

What you need to succeed

• 3 - 5 years' experience in B2B Marketing and at least 2 years in a marketing operations role
• 3 or more years' experience working with Marketo Engage within an administrative capacity. Must be MCE certified.
• 3 or more years' experience working with CRM – Salesforce and Dynamics 365 preferred.
• An understanding of, and hands-on experience in lead/database management, scoring and lifecycle
• Experience maintaining or troubleshooting processes in a complex enterprise tech stack
• Experience integrating Marketo with third party platforms and maintaining these platforms as part of an Enterprise tech stack
• Experience in creating Marketo and CRM reports
• The ability to balance multiple projects at once
