Job description
W2 Role.. Remote work Allowed
- MUST HAVE: 3–5 years of hands-on Jira administration experience across Cloud or Data Center environments
- MUST HAVE: needs someone who can work directly with non-technical Physical Security stakeholders, gather requirements, explain Jira options clearly and train users
- MUST HAVE: Strong Jira configuration experience with workflows, automation rules, custom fields, permission schemes, and JQL
- MUST HAVE: Hands-on Jira integrations using webhooks, REST APIs, or middleware-based integrations
- Experience configuring Jira email-handler/mail-to-ticket ingestion
- MUST HAVE: STRONG COMMUNICATION SKILLS
