Business Analyst PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 + Accounts Receivable/Billing
Texas – Remote

DESCRIPTION

The candidate must have experience implementing PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Accounts Receivable and Billing modules and must excel in gathering requirements, conducting fit-gap analysis, and mapping data to legacy systems and third-party interface systems. The qualified candidate must possess strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with a large remote team. Other duties include documentation, hands-on testing, supporting training efforts, and other project tasks as needed. 

8 or more years of experience, relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, independently performs a variety of complicated tasks, a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

Required Skills

•        8+ years Business Analyst experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2

•        8+ years specifically with PeopleSoft Accounts Receivable (AR) and Billing

•        8+ years requirements gathering + fit/gap analysis with SMEs

•        8+ years hands-on end-to-end integration testing, especially third-party interfaces

•        8+ years Microsoft Office/O365 — Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio

•        2+ years MS Teams in large/remote team environments

•        Strong documentation, testing, training/support, communication

Preferred Skills

• 4+ years public-sector / government
• 2+ years Texas Comptroller CAPPS Financials
• 2+ years PeopleSoft AWE (Approval Workflow Engine)
• 2+ years SharePoint
• 1+ year Jira
• 1+ year Scrum
• 1+ year STAT
