Job Title: Business Analyst
Location: Plano, TX
Duration: 1 Year of Contract

Requirements/Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree preferred, or equivalent relevant work experience
4 6+ years of experience in solution business operations, IT service management, enterprise SaaS support, or related fields
Experience with billing operations, financial reconciliation, or service usage validation
Strong understanding of enterprise IT services, asset/resource management, or mobility solutions
Experience in business proposal creation, business case development, or service expansion planning
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple projects with ownership and accountability
