MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Business Analyst to join our team in Springfield, VA. This role is 100% on-site.

The Senior Business Analyst is an expert responsible for leading high-impact initiatives, providing strategic guidance, and driving process modernization across the enterprise. This role requires a blend of deep subject matter expertise, program management, and leadership to solve complex organizational challenges. The analyst operates with significant autonomy, advising senior leadership, mentoring team members, and ensuring the alignment of programs with strategic objectives. This position is central to enhancing GEOINT capabilities, improving business functions, and ensuring the successful execution of critical missions through expert analysis, process re-engineering, and stakeholder collaboration.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Supervise the other Mission Operations Center (MOC) members of the contract and serve as the on-site lead to engage with MOC government leadership

  • Provide support services in developing, documenting, and authoring a training plan, training course content, and handbooks or other material designed to satisfy the IO, PCL, and Section 2.3 Procedures training objectives

  • Support other aspects of MOC's Oversight and Compliance Program as required

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of organizational leadership with demonstrated experience in managing people, programs, and engaging with senior leadership

  • Demonstrated experience in developing and/or updating Strategic Implementation Plans

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience with Intelligence Oversight (IO), Privacy and Civil Liberties (PCL), 2.3 Procedures, and/or Inspection programs and/or policy.

  • Demonstrated experience in developing, documenting, and authoring a training plan, training course content, or other material designed to satisfy training objectives

  • Demonstrated experience in researching findings, observations, best practices, and/or recommendations of relevant Reports of Investigation, Inspection, Audit, Assessment, etc. to develop remediation plans

  • 2+ years specialized knowledge of NGA, its components, and programs

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must have a current/active TS/SCI security clearance and be willing and able to obtain a polygraph.

Physical Requirements:

  • The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
