Senior Field Operations Specialist

• MDF/IDF/Data Center Management: Daily inspections, racking/stacking, hardware decommissioning, inventory control, vendor management, and room organization.
• Power & Infrastructure: Install, configure, and commission UPS, PDUs, and environmental monitoring devices (cooling/humidity).
• Networking & Cabling: Network patching (switches, routers, servers, CPE) and circuit cutovers (working with NYC OTI & Telecom teams).
• Hardware Maintenance: Swap failed components (HDDs, power supplies, RMAs) and lift/move equipment up to 50 lbs.
• Experience: 5+ years in Field Operations / IT Infrastructure (Windows Servers, VMware, Cisco, Wi-Fi, VoIP, EPL circuits, Surveillance).
