IT Project Manager - FA Contract
Location: Chicago, Illinois (Onsite)
Role Overview
Our organization is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead delivery efforts supporting a major Flight Attendant Contract initiative. This role drives execution across multiple technology workstreams by partnering with business, product, architecture, and engineering teams to implement contract-driven system enhancements and process changes. The successful candidate will coordinate end-to-end delivery within a fast-paced enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technology initiatives supporting Flight Attendant contractual changes.
• Translate business requirements into actionable technical workstreams and project plans.
• Coordinate engineering, product, architecture, QA, and business stakeholders.
• Manage project scope, timeline, risks, dependencies, and implementation planning.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, standups, and demos.
• Remove roadblocks and drive teams toward successful delivery.
• Provide regular status updates and executive-level communications.
• Support testing, release planning, deployment, and post-launch activities.

Required Qualifications
Experience: 8+ years of project and program management experience leading technology projects. Experience leading cross-functional teams in an enterprise environment is required.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Agile, SDLC, and enterprise application delivery. Proven technical aptitude supporting application development, system integrations, APIs, and cloud-based solutions is required.
Professional Capabilities: Demonstrated ability to challenge technical teams, drive decisions, manage complex dependencies, and manage diverse stakeholders effectively.
Preferred Qualifications

• Airline, transportation, workforce management, or employee-facing systems experience.
• Experience with crew scheduling, HR, payroll, contract implementation, or workforce platforms.
• Knowledge of AWS, Azure, ServiceNow, Workday, MuleSoft, or similar enterprise technologies.
• PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications.
