Project Manager will lead the re-launch of an e-commerce platform supporting both limited-time online storefronts and year-round purchasing capabilities, including direct-to-home shipping. This individual will oversee the customer portal transformation, coordinating with development teams, business stakeholders, and leadership to deliver key milestones through next spring.

Key Responsibilities

•          Lead end-to-end delivery of e-commerce and customer-facing web development initiatives.

•          Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.

•          Coordinate cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, business stakeholders, and vendors.

•          Facilitate Agile ceremonies while supporting projects utilizing Waterfall methodologies.

•          Provide regular project updates, status reporting, and executive-level communications.

•          Ensure successful delivery of portal enhancements, storefront functionality, and e-commerce platform improvements.

Required Qualifications

•          8+ years of IT Project Management experience, ideally within e-commerce, web applications, or digital transformation.

•          Demonstrated success leading customer-facing website or portal implementations.

•          Strong experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

•          Experience working directly with technical development teams and business stakeholders.

•          Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.

•          Ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities.

Preferred

•          Smartsheet experience.

•          Front-end development or customer experience (CX) project exposure.

•          Retail, e-commerce, online ordering, or merchandising industry background.
