Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Technical Business Analyst with hands-on exposure to Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, regulatory-based domains (e.g., finance, healthcare, or compliance-heavy industries), and SDLC artifacts. The ideal candidate bridges business needs with technical solutions, ensuring seamless requirements gathering, process optimization, and system implementation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact projects while demonstrating strong soft skills and application-specific expertise.

Required Qualifications and Exposure

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, IT, or related field;

Technical Exposure:

Proven experience in regulatory domains with knowledge of compliance frameworks and audit trails.
Expertise in SDLC artifacts across full lifecycle (requirements to deployment).
Application-specific exposure: ERP (SAP S/4HANA, Oracle EBS), CRM (Salesforce), BPM tools (Pega, Appian), and reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI).
Tools Proficiency: SQL for querying, BPMN for modeling, MS Office Suite, and collaboration platforms (Jira, Azure DevOps).
