The Role

• Drive new business growth within an assigned territory through proactive prospecting and lead qualification.
• Conduct on-site assessments and present comprehensive service programs to potential clients.
• Develop customized proposals and secure multi-year service agreements.
• Maintain accurate client information and sales activities within the CRM system.
• Achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer onboarding experience.

What You'll Need

• 0-2+ years of B2B sales experience, with a preference for industrial supply, safety, or facility services.
• Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets and managing the full sales cycle.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
• A self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
• Receptiveness to coaching and continuous learning.
• A valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and a reliable vehicle.
