The Role
• Meet with business owners and families within your assigned territory to discuss supplemental insurance needs, Monday through Thursday.
• Educate potential clients on how the company's products bridge gaps in traditional health coverage.
• Utilize a proven 10-step sales system, enhanced by AI coaching, to guide prospects from initial contact to closing.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring they have the financial protection they need.
• Collaborate with a supportive team to share best practices and drive collective success.
What You'll Need
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse individuals.
• A self-starter mentality with a willingness to follow a proven system and embrace continuous learning.
• Comfort with travel throughout the assigned territory Monday through Thursday.
• A results-oriented mindset focused on controlling income through performance.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• No prior insurance experience is required; comprehensive training will be provided.
